All personnel on deck coaching during practices or games MUST be registered. This includes any volunteer or assistant coaches.
Water Polo Saskatchewan requires the following for coaches in Saskatchewan:

1 | Registration in RAMP | Every season | All coaches (head, assistant, junior, volunteer, etc) | |
2 | Respect in Sport Certification (RIS) | Once | All coaches 14 years and older at any time during the season. | Certificate # required during registration. Enter at the bottom of the Family Member Information section. |
3 | Enhanced Police Information Check (E-PIC) | Must be valid within 3 years at the end of the season | All coaches 18 years and older at any time during the season. | Option to: a) obtain a E-PIC from your local police department and upload the document during registration, OR b) complete an Enhanced Online Police Information Check during registration. |
4 | Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) | Once | All coaches 18 years or older in 1992. | Contact us for more information on how to request a VSC. |
5 | Disclosure: Every 3 years Renewal: Every year you do not submit the Disclosure Form | All coaches (head, assistant, junior, volunteer, etc) | To be submitted during registration. |
