Lookin' to become a Minor Official, are ye?

This year, our club is dedicated to excelling not just in the water but also behind the scenes, and that's where minor officials come in. They play a crucial role in water polo, ensuring fair play, smooth event operations, and upholding the sport's integrity. Without these dedicated individuals, and without your help, we wouldn't be able to offer our kids the games they love!

Parents, this is a fantastic opportunity to actively engage in your child's passion, contribute to the success of our club, and foster a strong sense of community spirit.

We have a requirement to provide Minor Officials for all WPS-hosted events, and to meet this obligation, we strongly encourage all parents to step forward and register.

Minor Official Registration

**ONE PARENT FROM EACH FAMILY MUST REGISTER AS AN MINOR OFFICIAL ALONGSIDE THEIR CHILD REGISTRATION**

Log in to your RAMP account, head to the Officials Registration section and find the packages under Minor Officials in the Officiating Level Drop Down Menu.

Minor Official Requirements

1. RAMP Registration: All persons must be registered as a Minor Official with their Saskatchewan club before signing up for volunteer slots.
2. Training: All new Minor Officials must take the WPS Minor Official Course before registering.
3. Screening Disclosure/Screening Renewal Forms: All Minor Officials must complete the Screening Disclosure form every 3 years, and the Screening Renewal Form every year they do not submit the disclosure form. Upload is required during RAMP registration.
